These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nabel Smart ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our website, services, and any related applications or platforms (collectively, the "Services").

AI and machine learning solutions
Cloud integration and infrastructure services
Technology consulting and strategy
Software maintenance and support
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our Services to:
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by Nabel Smart and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We respect your intellectual property rights. Any proprietary information, data, or materials you provide to us remain your property, subject to the license granted to us to perform our Services.
Ownership of custom software and deliverables created specifically for you will be governed by separate written agreements.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms for our Services will be specified in separate project agreements. Unless otherwise agreed:
Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
Late payments may incur interest charges
We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to:
Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information
Use confidential information solely for the purpose of providing/receiving Services
Implement reasonable security measures to protect confidential data
Return or destroy confidential information upon request
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
We warrant that our Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NABEL SMART BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms with written notice. Upon termination:
All rights and licenses granted hereunder will cease
You must pay all outstanding fees for services rendered
We will return or destroy your confidential information
Provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect
